After updating python-qt4 from 4.10.2-2 to 4.10.3-2, not only gdebi-kde stopped working but also the Plasma desktop crashed. Only after I removed plasma-scriptengine-python, the Plasma desktop started normally (without Python-based Plasmoids, of course).
