Hi,
jcc Build-Depends on openjdk-7, but openjdk-7 is not available on mips
nor mipsel. This makes jcc unbuildable on these architectures; but
since jcc has been built there in the past, it is regression. Note
that openjdk-7 is currently marked as "not built on mips or mipsel",
which is why you are receiving this bug (rather than openjdk-7).
If you believe that jcc is cannot be built without openjdk-7 you can
have the old mips and mipsel binaries removed. Simply reassign this
bug to the ftp masters and request the binaries to be removed. The
alternative is to make jcc buildable on mips and mipsel again.
With my (ex?)Java hat on, I would personally go for just removing the
mips{,el} binaries (especially if you for some reason cannot use
default-jdk).
