Package: libgnutls28-dev
Version: 3.2.4-5
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

I'm fighting with my installation to get libcurl4-gnutls-dev installed
after having installed gnutsl28 packages and I'm currently stuck in circular
dependencies induced by libgnutls-dev that is only provided vy gnutsl26.

Reading the control file of gnutls28, I think libgnutls28-dev should
conflict/provide libgnutls-dev and NOT gnutls-dev.
