Hi,
OK, so after more discussion with the udev/systemd guys it seems that
"udevadm settle" doesn't guaranty us that the device will be present
under /dev.
This cannot really be fixed with sysvinit. And with systemd there are
several ways to fix it (ENV{SYSTEMD_WANTS} or tag the devices with
systemd)
So this is similar to #677143
I'm reassigning this back to nut
