Hi! The newly introduced package tar-scripts ships two programs with extremely generic filenames, but anyway. The restore binary causes a file conflict with the dump package (and backup with openafs-client, reported separately), but the Conflicts here is inappropriate because these programs provide completely different interfaces, and as such is a cause of sever indeterminism (for example in local scripts), not to mention that it force admins or other packages having to choose which one of these from the dependency graph.
