Where do you have those packages from? On other architectures, mpqc
depends on lapack as can be seen here:

That strange! Certainly the builder for amd64 which is not yet perfect then. the package comes from one of the mirror for amd64 port. Sorry for this report in that case, I will send that to the amd64 project.
