Package: gtk2-engines-gtk-qt
Version: 0.60-1.1
Followup-For: Bug #315119

I'm also using the KDE Plastik theme, and I don't see the exact
behaviour described. I do see something similar: when the
scrollbar is dragged to the bottom, it covers one of the two bottom
buttons. (However, for me, at least one bottom button always appears,
both appear when the scrollbar isn't at the bottom, and resizing the
window has no effect.) This also happens with other themes that have
two buttons at the bottom, such as B3.

I just filed bug #337285 for this since it's not exactly the same
behaviour.
