I hear you and it's the same at my end. I had the same issue but thought (just like you) it might be due to the perl 5.18 transition. hence decided to scale down the bug. I do see there are still a few packages left for the migration to be completed. http://release.debian.org/transitions/html/perl5.18.html I'll ping once the transition reaches testing as frozen-bubble has been removed from testing for now (I guess for the new upload to come to testing, a good 10 days from now.)
