After upgrade to version 4:4.10.5-3 plasma pager behavior changed. Clicking left mouse button no longer switches between desktops if the destination desktop area is occupied by window(s). Switching still can be achieved by scrolling. By the way, I would like to mention old minor bug related to plasma pager - it does not save number of pager rows in its configuration. It always starts with only one default row.
