Ok, so I'm not that good at understanding the debian/rules file and
Makefile syntax :)
In any case, the problem is solved locally when I symlink the
/usr/share/javascript/jquery/jquery.js and jquery.min.js into
/usr/share/pyshared/django/contrib/admin/static/admin/js/. I think this
affects all Django apps based on django.contrib.admin that use jquery.
