As you know from my previous direct email to you, I too have been looking to assist in getting a newer version of Gramps into Unstable/Testing. I have prepared an NMU which I have uploaded to mentors.debian.net: https://mentors.debian.net/package/gramps As it is an NMU, I did not want to package the latest Gramps version to limit the number of changes for a sponsor to review. I have therefore packaged the next version v3.4.1 (which fixes a problem when families are exported to xml out of order), and also added a watch file as Ricardo requested. If you would prefer to package it yourself, then let me know. Otherwise in a few days I will start looking for a sponsor for the NMU.
