That's the thing that planted the seed of my confusion, combined with some false assumptions on my part, and fuelled by Jonas being somewhat frivolous in his replies to my questions about this, which I seem to have interpreted completely incorrectly. Apologies for over-reacting, and for disturbing the calm.
