I've just uploaded tracker 0.16 to unstable. This means, bognor-regis will now FTBFS (thus raising the severity). The patch is very simple (debdiff attached). I can offer to NMU the package with this patch applied or sponsor the upload, if you need sponsoring Michael -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
