pilot-link 0.11 does not support files bigger than 32 KB. pilot-link 0.12.0-pre4 does but is still beta. You can get pilot-link 0.11.8-0.12.0-pre4-1 from Debian experimental if you want. You will have to recompile jpilot with it to -- possibly -- avoid the jpilot crash you have. Maybe I should also provide in experimental a version of jpilot compiled with pilot-link 0.12.0-pre4?
