Package: ca-certificates Version: 20130610 Severity: important --- Please enter the report below this line. --- If I add a new cerificate with blanks in the file name in /usr/share/ca-certificates, when I run:
dpkg-reconfigure ca-certificates it adds a line for every part of the file name in ca-certificates.conf . In example, if I try to add the certificate: Actalis Authentication Root CA.crt it adds the following lines to ca-certificates.conf: Actalis Authentication Root CA.crt There is no way to stop the reconfigure script so the user is forced to accept the broken configuration. Renaming the file and running dpkg-reconfigure again doesn't remove the broken lines from ca-certificates.conf which has to be cleaned manually. Stopping the script leaves the package broken and it can be fixed only with a apt-get -reinstall.
