did your issues happen with recent versions of Icedove? Did you try a clean fresh profile and/or disabled alle the plugins? The log of a crash in your first mail is without any debugging symbols, it's impossible to find out what raised the sigsev (as I wrote in my previous mail)? Without any further informations we are unable to catch the reason why this happen. Please check if you can provide some more useful info.
