Package: gnupg-agent Version: 2.0.20-1 Severity: important File: /usr/bin/gpg-agent
Dear Maintainer, Hello, For some time now I've noticed that gpg-agent wasn't accepting my passphrase anymore but I haven't had the time to investigate further until now. It does look like pinentry-gtk2 (I guess) is conflicting with scim-im-agent since for every attempt I do with my passphrase, I can see the following error in syslog: [41456.375751] scim-im-agent[8793]: segfault at 53454741 ip b7698277 sp bf94ff40 error 4 in libscim-1.0.so.8.2.6[b7633000+c8000] I'm not sure if the problem is with gpg-agent, pinentry-gtk-2 or scim-im-agent. For the time being I just kill gpg-agent and that "solves" the problem. I'm not too familiar with gpg-agent and pinentry, so please let me know what kind of debugging output I could produce to help. Thanks in advance for your help.
