Package: extlinux Version: 3:4.05+dfsg-6+deb7u3 Severity: minor Hello,
after booting with recent syslinux/extlinux with the Debian theme as present on the Deboan live CD or when installed as extlinux on disk the text console contains inverted and/or flashing text initially. There is probably some issue with syslinux setting odd VGA text attributes or not clearing the VGA text buffer. -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (910, 'testing'), (900, 'stable'), (610, 'oldstable'), (410, 'unstable'), (200, 'experimental'), (150, 'precise-updates'), (150, 'precise-security'), (150, 'precise') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.9-1-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to en_US.UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages extlinux depends on: ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.50 ii libc6 2.17-3 Versions of packages extlinux recommends: pn os-prober <none> ii syslinux-common 3:4.05+dfsg-6+deb7u3 ii syslinux-themes-debian 12-2 extlinux suggests no packages. -- debconf information: extlinux/install: false -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
