As Osamu Aoki said, the scim-bridge and related packages are removed (since the scim-bridge has been merged into scim). I haven't found some time to test it, but I guess the old version of scim-bridge conflicts the current version of scim. Could you please remove the scim-bridge-agent and scim-bridge-client-gtk then try scim-setup again? You might consider installing scim-im-agent and scim-gtk-immodule, they play the same roles as scim-bridge-agent and scim-bridge-client-gtk, respectively.
