Package: gnome Version: 1:3.4+7
Steps to reproduce: 1. Install debian jessie, gnome option. 2. Remove a package that is part of the meta-package "gnome", via sudo apt-get purge, i.e.: "tomboy" (if you're a mono hater) or "rhythmbox" (if you're a mono lover?). 3. Use apt-get again, and you will be told that "autoremove" can get rid of lots of useless packages. 4. Use apt-get autoremove. Current results: If you reboot the computer, it won't boot into a GUI again (it will tell you that the system is broken and that you should contact your system administrator). Expected results: Not break anything? (Or don't suggest autoremove in the first place)
