Package: mount
Version: 2.20.1-5.3
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,

* What led up to the situation?
And NFS Mount got broken because the NFS Server was unreachable. Mounting
a different
NFS server or CIFS share is impossible as mount stats all mountpoints on
mount so
the mount hangs.
See #711183 for the unmount bug and the situation.
This is the strace - aborted after hang with ctrl-c - /scratch/pobox was the
stuck
nfs mountpoint:
readlink("/sys/kernel/debug", 0x7fffff59ac90, 4096) = -1 EINVAL (Invalid
argument)
readlink("/scratch", 0x7fffff59ac90, 4096) = -1 EINVAL (Invalid argument)
readlink("/scratch/pobox", ^C <unfinished ...>
I was trying to mount a cifs share from fstab:
samba:/homes /home/flo/samba cifs noauto,user 0 2
Which did not succeed.
So i cant unmount the broken share - and i cant mount new ones -> Reboot *grrr*
