When the song info is popped up and the current song changes (be it by scrolling the mouse wheel, hotkey or at EOS), info is not updated (metadata of initial song is still displayed) and the timebar (inside the popup) disappears. However, if info is still popped up and you change back to the initial song, timebar reappears.
I'd expect the song info to follow song changes, especially if you scroll to change tracks.
