Package: python2.7
Version: 2.7.5-4
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

Python 2.7.5 has a bug in the regexp engine that kicks up RuntimeErrors.

The Python bug report is here:

   http://bugs.python.org/issue17998

It seems to affect a good number of Python libraries.

Asheesh says to file this as a release critical bug, but I didn't see that as
an option.

Hope that's enough information!

/will
