I have found the Problem. I have started update without network connection. In the directory /var/cache/approx/debian/dists/jessie were then copied some zero length files like Packages.gz and other. As described in http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=655986
I have restored internet connection and deleted whole directory /var/cache/approx/debian/dists/jessie started update again and it seems to work properly. What will delete approx-gc now? Older packages that are no more in Jessie? Although they are still present in Wheezy?
