Hi, Thanks for the reminder. In fact, it is already packaged in our svn repository: <http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/pkg-xfce/goodies/trunk/xfce4-netspeed-plugin/>. I don't know if there are plans to upload it though (IANADD). Also, there is already xfce4-netload-plugin in the archive, and it is able to show outgoing and incoming rates for a network interface. Besides, I find a bit annoying that this plugin is hosted on googlecode and not on git.xfce.org (for instance, there are other Xfce contributors/developers who take care of updates/bugfixes for abandoned and old plugins on git.xfce.org, and it won't happen when the plugin is hosted somewhere else).
