I didn't touch the scrollwheel. This bug annoyed me 2 weeks before I decide to report it and I tried to reproduce it to be sure, before reporting (successfully of course ;) ) > In any case, 3.5.4 is dead. I installed 4.0.3-2~bpo70+1 from wheezy-backports and it got better. Now the slider ignores the mouse cursor, when the mousebutton is draged, but changes on release. reproduce with 4.0... 1. Push the mousebutton anywhere inside libreoffice (tried with writer and calc) 2. move with pushed 'left' mouse button over the zoom slider (drag) 3. release mouse button over the slider Outcome: Zoomlevel will change to the position, where you released mouse button If you drag from outside the slider reacts immediately just on mouse over (like described with 3.5.x) I use GNOME 3.4.
