There is a new upstream version that doesn't fixe the issue with apache 2.4, but introduces new ones. I've notified upstream, and he told me he would have a look at it. Therefore, I prefer not to touch at ocamlnet for now, and binNMU it for the current OCaml updates (see [1]). Please wait for at least eliom to migrate to testing before going forward.
