I recently stumbled upon this bug as I was trying to install isdnutils in a mixed 32bit(user)/64bit(kernel) environment. ucf:all was not able to satisfy the dependency of isdnlog:amd64. A local recompile with "Multi-Arch: foreign" made things work and I have thus far not encountered any problems or bugs by doing so.
