The latest upstream (stable) version is 2.40.102 [1] and it does not include the patch you're referring to. But since it includes an important fix for compatibility with OCaml 4 (see #691683), I've uploaded it anyway. There is however a beta version 2.45.28 which breaks compatibility, but I'd like to wait for 2.40.102 to be at least in unstable (hence, after the release) before uploading it.
