I thought I had fixed this earlier, but it looks like I just thought about it. Both maintainers should receive the control ACK telling them that the bug has been reassigned. Unfortunately, it's not possible to also send them a message sent directly to the bug unless the reassignment is done at nnn@ time instead of control@ time.
