Exact. The comment is wrong.
So, SCR3310-NTTCom USB SmartCard Reader cannot be used now.
The reader with product ID 511a is NOT supported by the libccid driver (since
version 1.4.6). Your patch will not make the driver work.
If you have such a reader please follow [1] so I can add the reader.
