Both of us seem to be hit by the same bug. I have stated mine in #698113 .
@Calum Lind I tried to see if there was a way to do what you shared
in the man page of deluge but didn't get anywhere or did you mean it
can be corrected by having the new version which has that patch.
Looking forward for info.
