Hi Anton, I've adressed all the issues you raised and uploaded the package to mentors (https://mentors.debian.net/package/libaria).
As for the licenses, all the C++ source files contain the header with licensing information (GPL-2), but there are also some figures used in documentation (I consider those covered by the LICENSE.txt).
