Package: lxc Version: 0.8.0~rc1-8+deb7u1 Severity: important lxc-create supposedly offers the option to create a container with an lvm2 logical volume as storage, however when this is used lxc-create (e.g. for -t debian) fails due to the cache (/var/cache/lxc/debian/wheezy_amd64 in my case) directory (instead of files under the mentioned cache dir) being copied to /var/lib/lxc/<container/rootfs/
That is there ends /var/lib/lxc/<container>/rootfs/wheezy_amd64/ with the root fs instead of under rootfs. -- System Information: Debian Release: 7.0 APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_CA.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_CA.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages lxc depends on: ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.49 ii libc6 2.13-38 ii libcap2 1:2.22-1.2 ii multiarch-support 2.13-38 Versions of packages lxc recommends: ii debootstrap 1.0.47 ii libcap2-bin 1:2.22-1.2 Versions of packages lxc suggests: ii lxctl 0.3.1+debian-2 -- debconf information: lxc/shutdown: /usr/bin/lxc-halt lxc/directory: /var/lib/lxc lxc/title: lxc/auto: true -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
