Dear Maintainer,

The aspell provider suffers from a leak in the list_dicts() method.
Although this isn't a huge issue, it may be problematic to applications
calling this method several times. Also, it is annoying when trying to
catch leaks in an application using libenchant (especially because the
leak hapens in a dynamically loaded module which makes it harder to
track with Valgrind).

This bug has been reported to upstream almost 3 years ago, with a
patch: http://bugzilla.abisource.com/show_bug.cgi?id=12811
They didn't give any follow up yet, so I'm wondering whether Debian
couldn't add a patch to it's package so at least its users wouldn't
suffer from the issue in the time upstream fixes it on their side.

The patch is a trivial oneliner, so I think it shouldn't be too hard to
review it.

Regards,
Colomban
