Dear Maintainer, Whilst building a new package depending on libmodello-maven-plugin1.4-java I encountered the following build error: Internal error in the plugin manager getting plugin 'org.codehaus.modello:modello-maven-plugin': Plugin 'org.codehaus.modello:modello-maven-plugin:1.4.x' has an invalid descriptor: 1) Plugin's descriptor contains the wrong version: 1.4.1 maven-plugin versions should't be changed using debian/maven.rules as the decriptor has to have matching data. I fixed the problem locally by recompiling this package having removed the following from debian/maven.rules: org.codehaus.modello modello-maven-plugin maven-plugin s/.*/1.4.x/ * * As it stands I don't believe the plugin is useable.
