Hi, this bug indirectly affects the Debian Installer as well when using a minimal mirror.
I'm in the middle of setting up a small reprepro mirror which only pulls the packages necessary to complete a bare installation. I believe this should be possible by including all packages that are marked as priority important or higher, as well as the debian-installer udebs. /Martin
