I have seen this problem occur at times. But never had the resource to root cause it. Rest assured, if the setup is put up properly, you do get a working XCP setup. Some brief articles to follow would be: http://linux.netapp.com/node/122 It does have a screen shot showing OXM in action. That said, could you run oxm from the console and see if it spits any missing modules or errors/warnings. That would be a good start to debugging it. PS: I am lowering severity because it does work.
