Hi Guillaume, I recently uploaded sane-backends 1.0.23 into experimental. Could you please install this version and see if your scanner works properly then?
According to user reports from this German Linux wiki [1], your model is properly supported in sane-backends 1.0.14 and newer. So it should work in your case now as well.
