When building clearsilver I noticed that clearsilver-dev is empty, as can be seen in http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?searchmode=filelist&word=clearsilver-dev&version=unstable&arch=i386 I don't have enough knowledge of cdbs to fix this, sorry :( Not that I need this package, but reading policy I thinks the bug's severity is grave, maybe I'm wrong.
