It's not set executable as it is only meant to be used by snmptrapd directly via the "perl do" directive so I would presume that maybe /usr/lib/snmptt/ would be a better path than /usr/sbin/ but having it in the package would be very awesome (did already a local rebuild which I'm testing right now).
