Now also qemu package in experimental have xen support.
In these days I have done some test with qemu debian experimental
package and xen-unstable from source and it works (should work also on
xen 4.2.x), no critical bugs found, only some minor ones of xen upstream.
All tests I have done are with xl using qemu-system-x86_64 as device
mapper override (I think that on xen debian package it needs to be used
by default and it should be done with a debian patch) and seabios 1.7.2
from experimental (the debian patch to use seabios from package is
already on svn, I tested it and is working).
