Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
When starting the program a dialog window shows:
--- Oops! ---
Sorry, we have a problem with the swapping mechanism.
Fritzing still works, but you won't be able to change
parts properties.
Then in the program I can not change the properties of the parts, such
as the color of a wire or the resistance of a resistor. This renders the
program rather unusable.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
I uninstalled the wheezy version and installed the sid version of
fritzing and fritzing-data.
* What was the outcome of this action?
The message still appears, same problems.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
I hoped that the issue might have been solved in a newer version.
