Package: auctex
Version: 11.87-1
Followup-For: Bug #628790
Further to my previous message, although the changes I give work for
the test file at the given URL, namely:
\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{hyperref}
\begin{document}
\Nothing to see here folks.
\end{document}
they do not work for a much more complex file I am working on. I was
unable to see at a glance what the additional pseudo-filename that
tripped the function up this time was; therefore, I re-recommend
matching specific filenames rather than just anything in parens.
Secondly, to try to debug what was going on, where the error message:
Error occurred after last TeX file closed
is printed, I inserted some debugging to print the variable "context".
This seems to contain a useful error message even when the filename
has not successfully been found, so perhaps this could be output in
any case?
