Package: emacs23 Version: 23.4+1-4 Severity: important File: /usr/bin/emacs23-x
Hi! emacs regularly dies running erc. I have a core file though I guess it contains passwords so I can't post it here (but do stuff on it if it helps you: > % gdb --core emacs.core /usr/bin/emacs > GNU gdb (GDB) 7.4.1-debian > Copyright (C) 2012 Free Software Foundation, Inc. > License GPLv3+: GNU GPL version 3 or later <http://gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html> > This is free software: you are free to change and redistribute it. > There is NO WARRANTY, to the extent permitted by law. Type "show copying" > and "show warranty" for details. > This GDB was configured as "mipsel-linux-gnu". > For bug reporting instructions, please see: > <http://www.gnu.org/software/gdb/bugs/>... > Reading symbols from /usr/bin/emacs...(no debugging symbols found)...done. > [New LWP 22465] > [Thread debugging using libthread_db enabled] > Using host libthread_db library > "/lib/mipsel-linux-gnu/loongson2f/libthread_db.so.1". > Core was generated by `/usr/bin/emacs'. > Program terminated with signal 11, Segmentation fault. > #0 0x0041a96c in ??
