Debhelper support "--sourcedirectory" parameter that is useful when package
builds not from the topmost directory in upstream source tree.
If I have something like the following in debian/rules
%:
dh $@ --with xul-ext --buildsystem=xul_ext --sourcedirectory=FOO
package build fails with the following error:
install-xpi: Error: Failed to find debian/ directory.
Please execute the script in a Debian source package.
