currently, if plugins needs some depends, we add them to "Suggests" only, as
not everybody is using every plugin.
I'm currently thinking about splitting the plugin packages further, which
would allow tightening depends+recommends. But thats definitly not happening
now. (Unless you / someone does the work and provides patches ;-)
