Package: linux-image wheezy and squeeze Severity: important In kernel module isci Version 1.0.0 exist several issues, like kernel malfunction and performance issues. The reason for this report is mainly for the unstable behaviour of this kernel driver. I maintain serveral servers with Intel C600 SAS Controller and I can report, that servers with module version 1.0.0 have problems (Debian stable/testing, Ubuntu 12.04). The same servers working flawlessly with Ubuntu 12.10, openSUSE 12.2, CentOS 6.3 or Vanilla Kernel 3.7.1. These distribution using isci Module Version 1.1.0.
