You need to provide more information if possible. For example, we need
the entire output of apt-get/aptitude/etc., the set of packages that
were removed, and the precise set of additional packages that you had
installed.

Replicating it on a pure Debian install would also be helpful.

Finally, bugs.debian.org is not the appropriate package to assign
these sorts of bugs to.
