Hi David, I've fixed up the vast majority of lintian errors/warnings and made sure to install all new plugins into codeblocks-contrib. Also built successfully with pbuilder and installed cleanly on my system. Please review (and sponsor if you think everything's ok) at your leisure:

The one thing I'm not entirely comfortable with is adding an override for the embedded copy of tinyxml, but I'm not sure if upstream has made any major changes to their tinyxml copy, and it doesn't seem to be a trivial amount of work to build codeblocks using Debian's tinyxml. However, AFAIK embedded-library will be autorejected by ftpmasters if it's not fixed/overridden...then again, it seems that the security team is ok with having tinyxml being embedded [1], and the current version in the repos has this problem (so it's not something introduced by a new upstream release), so I decided to just put an override and be done with it. Fixing this problem is now on my TODO list though.
